I tend to be a stealth photographer, though it can be particularly difficult with a hulk like a Nikon D1. That’s one of the reasons I eventually splurged on a Leica. Quiet. Stealthful. Rugged. Incredibly sharp lenses. Hard on the pocketbook.

But I digress. I particularly enjoy taking photographs of others taking photographs because, more often than not, they don’t notice me noticing them. The young woman in this photo was fixing her hair before her friend/lover/boyfriend/ husband (choose one) snapped his shot.
