It’s Election Day today. Vote early. Vote often. And vote the bums out…
Balancing Act was honored with a Juror’s award at the National Photography ‘06 exhibition at the Main Street Gallery in Groton, NY. The show continues through Nov. 26.
In addition, I’ve got photos in three other shows: The National Photography exhibit at the Santa Cruz Art League, Santa Cruz, CA continuing through Nov. 26; Caught in the Act at the Icebox Gallery in Minneapolis, MN beginning Nov. 11; and the Toy Polloy show at The Icehouse, 412 Cross Street, in the burgeoning Lexington, KY art district beginning November 17. Many of my fellow lovely and talented toycamerateers will be represented including such luminaries as Annabelle Texter, Becky Pendel, Gordon Stettinius, Robert Holmgren, Shannon Richardson, Steph Parke, Tammy Keever and Warren Harold, as well as the brain and brawn behind Toy Polloy, Tread. There’ll be a reception there from 6 pm ‘til whenever. Alas, I can’t make it. As they say, life gets in the way when you’re making plans. But if you happen to be in the Lexington area, check it out. I expect it to be a ton o’ fun.
